  • Contact Your Local TSB Branch: Reach out to your nearest branch during business hours, and our friendly staff will guide you through the process of reporting your lost or stolen card and getting a replacement.

  • Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System: If it's after hours or you prefer the convenience of a phone call, our IVR system is available 24/7 to assist you. Simply follow the prompts to report your lost or stolen card and take immediate action to protect your accounts.

  • Use the TouchBanking App: Need to handle things while on the go? Our TouchBanking App puts the power in your hands. With just a few taps, you can conveniently block, set limits,  or report your lost or stolen card to prevent unauthorized use, providing you with peace of mind wherever you are.
    • Once logged in to the TouchBanking app, you find "Manage my cards" listed under the "Quick Links" at bottom of the main page.
